Supply Chain Engineer_Manufacturing & Test

Primary Responsibilities
Production planning:
* Maintain and release resource capacity and labor planning.
* Analyze and control planning execution periodic to supervise orders are produced as planned and goods are delivered on time.
* Maintain special assembly routing for engineering orders.
SCM execution & development:
* Communication and confirmation on customer order delivery date.
* Calculate and maintain inventory levels for machining parts periodically.
* Implement and coordinate with cross functions for customer order changes.
* Coordinate with operation purchasing team to implement activities in discontinue process.
* Create SAP project scheduling and follow up plan for engineering orders.
*Create and analyze operation weekly KPIs and tickers, shared with management team.
* Maintain MDB for in-house production materials in SAP.
Test plan:
* Develop and optimize manufacturing & test processes for plan and efficiency.
* Create and maintain test plans and execution per standards.
*Drive cross-functional collaboration for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
* Analyze data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Other
* Any other duties as assigned by supply chain supervisor.
