职位描述
- 负责玩具的设计、改款优化，输出效果图、配色及完整设计方案。
- 独立完成玩具开版、打版、裁片打样、修版工作，精准把控造型、比例与尺寸，保障样品落地效果。
- 跟进打样及生产流程，对接工厂输出标准版型图纸与工艺要求，解决生产版型、工艺问题，把控产品品质。
- 整理归档设计、打版资料，跟进新品迭代优化。
- 熟悉玩具设计与全套打版流程，可独立完成从设计、开版到打样落地全流程。
- 熟练使用PS、AI、CAD等设计打版软件，懂玩具材质与生产工艺。
- 具备良好审美，擅长卡通、潮玩公仔设计，落地执行能力强。
- 工作严谨负责，沟通顺畅，有相关玩具行业经验、自带作品者优先。
