岗位描述
Main tasks and responsibilities
1、Developing business: Develop new customer,quoting,,negotiating, providing solution,promoting products to ensure business growth;
业务开发:积极开发新客户,负责报价、谈判及提供解决方案,推广公司的产品以确保业务的增长
2、Operating order: Coordinate with other department to fulfill contract, delivering goods duly and correctly, to ensure customer’s satisfaction;
订单执行:与其它部门协调合作,落实与客户签订的协议及合同,出货的及时及准确率以确保客户的满意度;
3、Customer relationship management: Coordinating pre and after service, keeping effective communication with the customer, visiting customer, training customer, to ensure customer’s royalty and satisfaction;
客户关系管理:协调售前及售后服务,与客户保持及时有效的沟通,定期拜访客户,培训客户,以确保客户的忠诚度及满意度;
4、 Collecting marketing information: Collecting market and competitions information, passing the information back to the company with suggestion if need, to ensure the effectiveness of company strategy.
市场信息管理:负责收集市场信息包括竞争对手的情况,及时主动反馈给公司并提出有益的建议以确保公司有效的战略部署。
5、Coordinate invoice and receivable issue if need.
协助处理发票和收款相关事项.
What you’ll need to succeed(需要条件):
1、Bachelor degree in engineering or mechanical, at least 1 years sales working experience in manufacturer is required, familiar with the sale of Marine products is preferred;
机械或工程本科学历,1年以上制造厂销售工作经验, 熟悉船舶配套产品销售者优先
2、Know ERP knowledge
清楚ERP知识
3、Good communication and negotiation skill, good skill of problem solving, good team work skill;
具备良好的沟通和谈判能力, 良好的解决问题能力,良好的团队工作能力
4、Good English skill both in written and oral;
良好的英语读写说能力
