职位描述
1、精通注塑模具结构，对设计过程中出现的问题能快速识别并有效解决，跟进模具制造商的设计及制造过程；
2、负责模具生产以及后期的模具管理、维护和修理；善于分析问题并提出改进措施；
3、模具进度跟进、模具回厂后的验收工作等；
4、模修人员的培训；
5、服从管理层的决策工作。
任职需求：
1、3年以上注塑模具工作经验；熟悉注塑生产流程，熟悉注塑机及辅助设备；
2、了解塑料材料；
3、熟练应用UG和CAD；
4、能维修注塑模具。
