automatization

Minimum 5 years of work experience in design or validation of manufacturing machinery and
automation equipment (FAT/SAT).

Knowledge of assembly machines and assembly process for
automotive plastic parts, lean plant and process design (value stream thinking)
preferred

Available to travel intensively in China, also occasionally to
Europe for training

Good skills both in written and oral English required

Computer Office 365 skills required

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job
description

Support the development of assembly processes and the validation
of assembly equipment purchased from China to EU production plants for new
automotive programs
-
a key interface between EU engineering teams and Chinese assembly
machine suppliers, supporting supplier’s ASM equipment validation (FAT), and
the successful transfer of manufacturing solutions to our EU production plants,
ensuring efficient, cost-optimized and reliable manufacturing processes (robust and reliable standards based on
Lean principles) for new automotive product launch.

Ensure quality, safety and performance requirements (costs,
dates, maturity level) are met in equipment design

Close coordination with EU engineering teams and purchasing team

Travel intensively to the supplier plants in China
