27岁以上-45岁内,德国人(Local German resident),德语/英语流利,5年以上工业背景+大项目销售经验(千万级以上)、本地资源+抗压。

I. Sales Targets & Strategies
Formulate and execute annual sales plans, budgets, and strategies for the designated region/industry to ensure the achievement of revenue, profit, and market share targets.
Conduct in-depth analysis of artificial intelligence market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, dynamically adjusting sales tactics accordingly.
Lead the full-cycle sales process for large-scale projects, from lead generation to final payment collection.
II. Customer Development & Relationship Management
Develop new customers and strategic key accounts within industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, and Automation, establishing long-term cooperative partnerships.
Maintain relationships with existing core customers through regular follow-up visits, exploring opportunities for secondary sales and additional purchases to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead business negotiations, solution discussions, contract signings, and project implementation for key customers, effectively managing project risks.
III. Market & Information Management
Collect and analyze industry policies, technological trends, and competitor information, regularly producing market analysis reports.
Participate in company marketing activities (exhibitions, seminars, customer salons) to enhance brand influence.
Manage the CRM system, ensuring customer information, sales funnel data, and project progress are accurately and promptly updated.
IV. Job Requirements
1. Basic Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Logistics Engineering, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Automation / Industrial Automation industry. More than 3 years of sales management experience is preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Familiar with products and solutions in areas such as Automation, Embodied Robots, and Non-standard Automation. Experience managing large-scale projects (e.g., over €10 million / significant value) is preferred.

Technical Comprehension: Ability to quickly grasp complex technical solutions and communicate efficiently with customers' technical teams.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (ability to use English as a working language is preferred). Strong cross-departmental collaboration capability.

Network & Resources: Possesses substantial customer resources and established channels within the Manufacturing, Industrial, and Non-standard Automation sectors.
