职位描述
1、负责词库的维护监控运营，确保词库内容的精准化，定期监控词库报表，根据准确率等数据进行响应调优；
2、根据模型训练的需要，进行语料的编写和修改，提升语料的整体质量；
3、汇总收集badcase，进行问题跟踪，并及时反馈异常情况 ；
4、通过前端巡查测试，走查客户端进行风险挖掘，并提出合理性的建议；
任职要求：
1、对内容理解能力强，有内容安全的意识和经验，对互联网上存在的关键词认识清晰，有内容安全相关的工作经验优先；
2、沟通表达能力强，逻辑思维清晰，学习能力及学习意愿强；
3、积极主动，目标感强，有合作精神，有项目统筹经验或单独业务负责经验的优先；
4、熟悉操作办公软件，具备良好的数据分析能力与总结提炼能力，能自主完成汇报和方案；
5、有大模型训练、标注业务运营、安全评测经验优先；
