职位描述
1. 全权负责商务接待工作，对接来访客户、工会团体、沙龙参会人员，负责介绍场地、洽谈对接，配合项目经理开展商务工作。
2. 统筹组织各类文体活动、企业工会团建、主题沙龙活动，负责前期筹备、现场执行与收尾复盘。
3. 负责空间内AI智能设备的日常巡检、基础维护，排查简单故障，及时上报问题，保障设备正常运转。
4. 完成活动资料归档、物资管理、日常运营相关行政事务，主动处理各类临时工作。
任职要求一：
1. 具备幼儿园老师从业经历优先，形象亲和，沟通得体。
2. 负责美育沙龙、亲子类活动策划执行，主打商务前台接待。
3. 心思细致，条理清晰，擅长流程安排与客户维系。
任职要求二：
1. 体育相关专业优先，性格开朗灵活，执行力强。
2. 擅长统筹集体文体活动，把控大型团建现场。
3. 商务谈吐大方，可独立接待来访团队，做事主动肯担当。
