2. 客户技术支持与应用指导
Customer Technical Support & Scientific Engagement
• 统筹客户技术支持,包括:
Oversee technical support for customers including:
• 产品应用实施
Product implementation

Application troubleshooting

Complex technical problem resolution

教育背景/Education
硕士或博士学历,生命科学相关专业,例如:
Master’s or PhD in life sciences such as:

• 8年以上技术应用、技术支持或应用科学相关经验
Minimum 8+ years of experience in field applications, technical support, or application science roles.
• 至少3年以上团队管理经验优先
3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• 有生命科学、制药或生物技术行业客户支持经验
Experience supporting customers in life sciences, biotechnology, or biopharmaceutical industries.
