职位描述
1.依据项目开发要求，了解电芯开发流程，根据开发流程制定自己的工作计划，并按节点达成目标；
2.依据部门规划及项目开发任务，协助主管工程师按节点完成下发的任务，以保证项目的达成；
3.依据项目开发的要求，整理电芯的性能参数和要求的目标，完成相关文件的编制并输出等；
4.依据电芯产品开发流程，完成电芯性能测试，并编写测试结果分析报告。
5.依据项目开发要求，跟进电芯的试制过程，编写电芯试制报告
任职要求
1、5年以上锂离子电池开发工作经验，CET-4及以上
2、硕士及以上学历，材料类，化学类，电化学类等相关专业；
3、.熟悉各类动力电池工作原理及构成等知识，.熟悉电芯测试方法及相关标准；
4、具备较强的收集、整理、分析、执行、思考能力；
5、具备一定的沟通能力、能够吃苦耐劳；
