Ethnic specialty kitchens – catering to Chinese, Thai, Indian, Muslim, Japanese and other cuisines. SATS sees tremendous growth opportunities outside of Singapore and the non-aviation fast/casual food service segment has been identified as a fast growing industry in China. Apart from providing services to various Chinese and foreign airlines at the airports in China, SATS has established various joint-ventures, acquired companies and also build our own central kitchens in different parts of China. At the end of 2018, SATS has also established its Greater China Regional Headquarters in Shanghai to better manage the different entities and also chart the strategies for more aggressive growth moving forward.
