职位描述
2、根据销售订单制定物料采购需求,ERP系统下单到采购,掌握物料供应状况原材仓及成品仓库存控制,原料需求单下发到各工序,并协调原料到货跟踪
3、监控实际生产进度,协助处理生产过程中的物料异常,保证生产的连续不间断及进度符合计划要求
4、处理安排紧急加单、根据生产实际情况合理调整生产计划,相关部门的沟通与协调
5、负责各工序生产物料的库存情况的盘点工作、每日生产数据收集,库存盘点和成本分析等,并完成ERP系统的录入。
6、负责生产计划执行情况的分解和对生产计划调整做出预知和原因分析
7、完成库存日盘点,月盘点工作,盘点完毕后完成盘点数据的统计汇总工作。
8、主要负责部门物料的管理工作
9、完成上级临时交办的事项及其它工作
