1. 对表面处理车间工艺及技术的总负责；
Overall responsibility for the processes and technologies in the surface treatment workshop;
2. 根据汽车行业IATF16949和CQI-11的标准要求，编写PFMEA，CP，电镀工艺，标准作业指导书等文件，建立电镀工艺特殊过程的文件体系；
Develop documents such as PFMEA, Control Plans, plating process specifications, and Standard Operating Instructions in accordance with the automotive industry standards IATF 16949 and CQI-11, establishing the documentation system for the special process of plating;
3. 根据产品表面处理要求标准，开发新产品工艺，包括药水等化学品选型，试制工艺和最终工艺的制定等；
Develop new product processes based on product surface treatment requirements standards, including the selection of chemicals such as plating solutions, and the formulation of trial and final processes;
4. 对生产过程进行监控和优化，每日通过打片，通过产品检测结果验证药液状态，并根据打片结果支持生产改善药液配比等；
Monitor and optimize the production process; daily, use test panels to verify the status of chemical solutions based on product test results, and support production in adjusting solution ratios based on the panel test outcomes;
5. 做好电镀生产工艺和产品质量的持续改进工作，并根据产品品质相关的数据统计与分析，制定相应的技术改进措施，健全工艺规范，改善产品质量，降低生产成本；
Execute continuous improvement of the plating process and product quality; formulate corresponding technical improvement measures based on product quality data statistics and analysis, refine process specifications, improve product quality, and reduce production costs;
6. 按照汽车行业CQI-11的标准要求，建立相关文件，建立电镀工艺特殊过程的文件体系；
Establish relevant documents and build the documentation system for the special process of plating according to the automotive industry CQI-11 standard requirements;
7. 根据内审核和客户审核的结果，负责生产过程中，涉及的工艺改善，操作指导的更新，及对应不符合项的关闭；
Based on internal and customer audit results, be responsible for process improvements in production, updating operating instructions, and closing corresponding non-conformities;
8. 负责生产过程中技术难题的解决，提供解决思路
Responsible for resolving technical challenges encountered during production and providing solution strategies;
9. 负责各镀种添加剂、钝化剂、封闭剂相关市场调研、应用；
Responsible for market research and application related to additives, passives, and sealers for various plating types;
10. 通过不断开展工艺验证试验，优化产品的生产工艺参数；
Optimize product manufacturing process parameters through ongoing process validation trials
11. 参与新生产线的设计、设备布局，试产和正式投产工作
Participate in the design, equipment layout, trial production, and formal commissioning of new production lines;
12.可以接受其他的、临时的、加急的及额外的合理工作委派。
Can accept other, temporary, urgent and additional reasonable assignments.
任职要求：
Professional Profile：
1.大专及以上学历，电化学、金属材料工程、应用化学、材料科学与工程等相关专业；
Associate degree or above in Electrochemistry, Metal Materials Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering, or related fields;
2.硬性要求: 具备5年及以上电镀行业相关工作经验，有汽车紧固件、电子元器件者优先。
Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the electroplating industry. Background in automotive fasteners, electronic components, or hardware/plumbing industries is preferred.
