招生工作职责
Responsibilities for Admissions
完成学校招生目标,落实德闳品牌招生承诺,并持续优化招生策略。
Deliver Dehong’s admissions promise, achieve enrolment targets, and optimise admissions strategies.
拓展并维护招生渠道,支持全年招生工作。
Expand and maintain enrolment channels to support annual admissions goals.
跟踪并分析招生数据,为未来目标制定提供建议。
Track and analyse enrolment data and provide recommendations for future target setting.
收集并分析竞争学校的招生信息及市场动态。
Monitor competitor schools and analyse market trends.
确保对外服务质量,与潜在家长保持高质量沟通。
Ensure high-quality customer service and communication with prospective parents.
作为学校代表,与关键利益相关者建立关系,吸引“最契合”的家庭。
Represent the school and engage key stakeholders to attract “best fit” families.
跟进潜在家庭,提升转化并建设学校社区。
Follow up with prospective families to maximise conversion and strengthen the school community.
开展市场与家长调研,建立用户画像并优化招生流程。
Conduct market and parent research to develop personas and improve the admissions journey.
管理CRM系统中的数据与潜在客户信息。
Manage lead generation and data tracking through the CRM system.
处理学生材料及学籍相关事务。
Handle student documentation and XUEJI-related matters.
建立招生合作伙伴关系与外联资源。
Develop enrolment partnerships and outreach opportunities.
市场工作职责
Responsibilities for Marketing
在品牌战略指导下制定并执行学校市场策略。
Develop and execute the school’s marketing strategy in line with brand direction.
策划并推进线上、线下及体验式市场活动,并设定KPI。
Plan and manage offline, online, and experiential marketing activities with measurable KPIs.
执行本地化市场推广活动,加强目标受众认知与认同。
Execute localised marketing campaigns to strengthen audience awareness and affinity.
监督数字营销工作,包括网站、SEO及SEM。
Oversee digital marketing activities, including website, SEO, and SEM.
协助品牌管理及市场宣传物料设计与制作。
Support brand management and the development of marketing materials and visual assets.
与学校各部门保持良好协作关系。
Build strong collaborative relationships across departments.
统筹学校活动执行,确保活动体验与效果。
Oversee school events to ensure high-quality experiences and outcomes.
为师生提供所需市场宣传及校内设计支持。
Provide marketing and design support for teachers and students.
