1、 Job Overview
A project assistant who is meticulous, proactive, and responsible. As a key support role for the SAP implementation project team, you will directly support the project manager and PMO, responsible for administrative, communication, and document management throughout the project lifecycle. You are the "lubricant" and "connector" to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the project.
2、 Main responsibilities
*Project administration and conference support:
*Responsible for organizing, notifying, arranging and recording various meetings (regular meetings, review meetings, training meetings, etc.) of the project, outputting high-quality meeting minutes, and following up on to-do items.
*Manage daily administrative affairs of the project team, including travel coordination, office resource application, etc.
*Document and Information Management:
*Establish and maintain a project document library (such as blueprints, configuration manuals, test cases, etc.), implement strict version control and archive management.
*Responsible for timely and accurate distribution and transmission of project information, ensuring internal information synchronization within the team.
*Process and data support:
*Assist the project manager in tracking project progress, collecting and organizing project basic data (such as employee hours and task status).
*Assist in preparing project weekly, monthly, and management report materials to ensure timely and standardized reporting.
*Team collaboration and communication:
*As the hub of internal communication for the project, assist in coordinating project resources and promote smooth collaboration among consultants, key business users, and technical teams.
*Support the organization and coordination of internal and external activities for the project team.
3、 Job requirements
*Required conditions:
*Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited, priority given to management, administration, computer science or related majors.
*Have over 1 year of experience in implementing medium to large-scale software projects or working as an IT project assistant or administrative assistant. Experience in ERP (especially SAP) projects will be given priority consideration.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with excellent document processing and data analysis skills.
*Have excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese, and write clear and accurate meeting minutes.
*Strong sense of responsibility, multitasking ability, and time management skills, with a focus on details.
*Proactive and proactive in personality, possessing a good sense of service and teamwork spirit.
*Occasional or short-term shift work due to project time differences
*Priority condition:
*Understand the basics of project management (such as PMP/PRINCE2) or tools (such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
*Having excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, requiring direct communication with foreign clients.
