职位描述
核心职责：
1、固定资产全流程管理： 主导公司固定资产的会计处理与流程管理，包括但不限于租赁资产（如使用权资产）、长期负债的确认、计量与报告。优化并完善现有固定资产管理流程。
2、数据分析与业务洞察： 具备强大的动手能力，对现有财务及运营数据进行深度分析，识别数据趋势，并基于分析结果，为业务决策提供前瞻性的财务建议与解决方案。
3、高效沟通与项目推进： 出色的沟通与协调能力，能够自主发起并组织跨部门会议，清晰传达财务要求，积极跟进各项任务与项目的落实，确保流程闭环。
4、区域财务管控与分析： 负责分析所辖片区（例如：东北、西南区域）的资产负债表及损益表。需具备扎实的财务报表解读与分析能力，从会计、流程及管理控制的角度，对区域的长期资产、负债及整体财务状况进行监控、分析与报告，确保符合公司政策（如Compass系统概念）与会计准则。
任职要求：
工作经验： 至少6年以上财务会计相关工作经验，有固定资产管理、合并报表或区域财务分析经验者优先。
专业技能要求：
1、精通中国会计准则，深刻理解固定资产、租赁、长期负债等会计处理。
2、具备出色的财务数据分析能力和逻辑思维，能从数据中提炼商业洞察。
3、熟悉财务报告流程，能够独立阅读、分析并解释财务报表。
4、了解内部控制和业务流程管理的关键控制点。
5、语言能力： 优秀的英文文档读写能力（用于处理公司内部英文系统、政策及报告），口语和听力不做强制要求。
6、软性素质： 结果导向，积极主动，具备出色的跨部门沟通能力、项目跟进能力和解决问题的能力。能够在快节奏和人员暂时短缺的环境中高效工作。
