物料计划员

Responsibilities
岗位职责：
•
Responsible for developing,
implementing and maintaining MRP based on the ERP system, and ensuring the
normal operation of MRP to meet production requirements.
负责基于ERP系统，制定、实施、维护MRP，确保MRP的正常运行，以满足生产需要。
•
Support the Purchasing Manager
in compiling and sorting material planning‑related data to drive continuous
optimization of purchasing processes.
配合采购经理完成物料计划相关数据的统计、整理，助力采购流程持续优化。
•
Responsible for the execution
of IC procurement, and liaise with sales teams of affiliated internal companies
to ensure IC procurement plans comply with MRP requirements.
负责IC采购的实施，与内部关联方对接，确保IC采购的计划符合MRP需要。
•
Organize, categorize and file purchasing‑related
documents (purchase orders, order confirmations, invoices, etc.) to guarantee
completeness, standardization and traceability of documentation.
负责采购相关文件（订单、订单确认、发票等）的整理、分类、归档，确保文件完整、规范、可追溯。
•
Assist the Purchasing Manager
in MRO procurement or direct procurement support tasks, including demand
collection, auxiliary order follow‑up, material verification, supplier
communication and coordination, so as to facilitate inventory optimization and
cost control.
协助采购经理开展MRO采购或直接采购的相关支持工作，包括需求收集、订单辅助跟进、物料核对、供应商沟通协调等，助力库存优化与成本控制。


Requirements
任职要求：
•
Bachelor’s degree or above,
preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Electronics &
Mechanical-related majors; 3–5 years of working experience in material planning
or buyer; experience in foreign‑funded enterprises within electronics,
instrumentation or equipment manufacturing industries is preferred.
本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理或者机械、电子相关专业优先。3-5年物料计划、采购（买手）相关工作经验，有电子、仪器仪表、设备制造行业外企工作经验者优先。
•
Proficient in written and
spoken English; German language skills as a plus.
具备良好的英文书面及口头沟通能力，有德语能力者优先。
•
Meticulous, self-motivated,
with logical thinking and execution capabilities.
严谨细致，自我驱动，具备良好的逻辑思维和执行力。
•
Familiar with procurement
procedures and fundamentals of material management; skilled in Office software;
experience in ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
熟悉采购流程及物料管理基础，能熟练使用Office办公软件，有ERP系统（如SAP）操作经验。
•
Basic data sorting and
analytical skills.
基础的数据整理与分析能力。
