职位描述
- 负责冷却液系统性能台架测试，包括加注测试、排气测试、流量分配等。
- 负责根据大众标准进行原型车测试，包括CTT测试、转毂试验台测试、风洞测试、公共道路测试等。
- 负责冷却部件（集成模块、散热器、水泵、风扇等）性能台架测试，包括压降测试、热交换测试等。
- 负责实验室设备的日常维护，包括传感器标定、工具校准等。
- 负责测试车辆的准备工作，包括传感器安装、数据采集系统调试等。
- 参与验证不同模式下冷却系统拓扑结构的有效性。
- 参与制定符合大众流程和要求的相关工艺规范及标准操作手册。
- 具备整车热管理及冷却系统测试经验，优先考虑在主机厂、一级供应商或工程服务公司有相关工作经验者。
- 熟悉电动汽车热管理及冷却系统拓扑结构及相关零部件。
- 熟悉实验室管理体系。
- 熟悉大众开发流程。
- 熟悉CANoe、CANape、INCA等工具的使用。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
- 本科及以上学历，热能动力工程、车辆工程等相关专业。
- 持有C1驾驶证。
- 熟悉电动汽车开发流程、传热学、流体力学等相关知识。
- 必须英语流利，会德语者优先。
- 工作经验：1.5-2年。
