职位描述
负责新产品开发中涂装工艺的同步工程分析及方案设计
评审产品数据，从涂装工艺角度提出设计优化建议
分析解决涂装可行性问题（外观质量、膜厚均匀性、电泳气泡等）
优化产品结构，改善前处理、电泳、喷涂的工艺适应性
编制涂装SE分析报告，推动产品设计满足涂装质量要求
化工、材料、车辆工程等相关专业
3年以上涂装工艺或涂装SE工作经验
熟悉涂装工艺流程及质量要求
掌握CATIA/AutoCAD等设计软件
具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力
