职位描述
1. 负责整车降噪性能开发相关工作，包括（目标设定、分解及控制方法、方案设计及优化、管控策略开发、技术能力提升等）；
2. 负责整车降噪性能开发相关的测试报告交付物的编写；
3. 负责完成降噪试验及问题优化，并推动降噪方案落地，确保降噪目标达成。
NVH开发工程师（增程器、混动动力） 5年-8年
1. 负责整车动态（ICE、PHEV、增程器）NVH性能开发工作，包括（目标设定、分解及控制方法、方案设计及优化、管控策略开发、技术能力提升等）；
2. 负责整车动态性能开发相关的测试报告交付物的编写；
3. 完成动态试验及问题优化，并推动方案落地，确保目标达成。
异响开发工程师 5年-8年
1. 负责项目异响竞品分析，异响BSP指标分解；
2. 负责异响DMU数据校核及问题推动；
3. 负责整车异响测试、提供问题优化方案。
风噪声学包工程师 2年-5年
1. 负责整车风噪（含声学包）性能开发相关工作，包括目标设定、分解及控制方法、方案涉及及优化、管控策略开发、技术能力提升等；
2. 负责完成风噪（含声学包）性能相关的数据检查、CAS数据检查以及整车数据、声学包的DMU检查。
NVH仿真工程师 2年-5年
1. 负责整车NVH仿真分析；
2. 负责整车/子系统NVH性能开发目标，指定分析方案。
