1. 负责整车安全碰撞分析（GB/NCAP/CASI）；
2. 负责与性能及专业部门对接优化方案。
结构和电安全工程师 5年-8年
1. 掌握整车侧碰结构安全开发专业知识，成功完成至少2款车型的相关工作；
2. 同时掌握前碰结构安全开发知识者优先。
行人保护安全工程师 2年-5年
1. 规划行人保护安全性能开发计划和用车需求；
2. 能及时发现、处置CAE实验问题，积极主动拉动资源解决问题。
