职位描述
负责OBC、DCDC等电源模块的开发、设计、调试和测试；
负责OBC、DCDC等电源模块系统硬件方案设计、原理图设计、PCB设计、功能仿真、电气器型筛选、验证及测试；
负责编写设计分析文件，DFEAM、EV测试计划、功能安全文档等设计文件；
与软件工程师协作，负责控制器软硬件联调、故障排查和问题解决
负责EMC性能评估和测试、问题分析和方案设计；
制定OBC、DCDC等电源模块测试流程、方法和标准，进行实验验证和结果分析；
负责OBC、DCDC等电源模块硬件产品样件制作，以及研发转生产导入，流程跟进工作；
负责OBC、DCDC等电源模块新产品定义、以及新功能、新技术研究。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，电力电子相关专业背景；
3年及以上车载OBC/DCDC/PDU硬件开发经验，有量产项目经验，熟悉OBC、DCDC、PDU产品的开发流程及测试方法；
具有丰富的OBC/DCDC/PDU产品硬件经验；熟悉高压大功率相关电路拓扑及隔离电源拓扑：如PFC、PSFB、DAB、LLC、Buck、Boost、反激等；
会使用Simetrix/Simplis等仿真软件；
熟练基本的英文听说读写；
熟悉国内外各个车厂的基本企标及法规；
熟悉功率半导体、磁性元器件的应用，具备系统散热、EMC的设计能力；
了解大功率产品硬件功能安全相关设计要求；具有功率电子高压隔离及电磁兼容设计经验；
