设计汽车悬架系统物流车底盘设计商用车底盘研发有限元分析

工作职责
1. 负责民用物流车底盘的结构方案设计与优化，重点保障承载能力、行驶稳定性及装载空间利用率。
2. 主导底盘关键部件（如车架、悬挂系统）的材料选型与工艺验证，推动设计方案的量产转化。
3. 协同动力、电控团队完成底盘系统的集成测试，解决结构与功能模块的适配问题。
4. 建立底盘结构的性能评估标准，针对物流场景的复杂路况优化结构强度与耐久性。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程等相关专业，基础扎实。
2. 具备3年以上商用车/物流车底盘设计经验，精通CATIA、SolidWorks等三维设计工具。
3. 熟悉钢材/铝合金等材料特性及冲压、焊接等加工工艺，掌握有限元分析（FEA）优先。
4. 具备从概念设计到量产交付的全流程项目经验，有物流车或商用车行业背景者优先。
