职位描述
新能源变速器设计岗位是新能源车辆核心技术产品之一的解决方案提供者，负责新能源车型变速器产品的新项目FS检讨、新车项目的开发工作、量产项目的质量成本及生涯变更的维护工作。
该岗位在开发初期，结合整车性能计划检讨支撑动力燃费等核心性能的变速器方案，并结合整车布置计划和底盘系统性能设置变速器布置形式；在项目sourcing阶段担任PDT团队Leader与采购部、品保部、财务收益职能单元完成供应商选定工作；在开发阶段从样机验证、正规件验证、工程件验证各Lot负责与供应商、实验部门、品质部门、制造部门、工厂等全价值链协调沟通，保证完成设计开发的各项设计验证、实验验证，技术课题攻关并完成关联技术评审；与此同时负责开发过程与供应商、采购、财务协调沟通，保证开发工作在设定的预算成本内完成。
具体职责如下：

1.承担新车型的各变速器总成设计开发工作，确保Q/C/T开发目标达成；
2.针对各变速器总成品质不良、品质改善项目进行技术检讨和对策；
4.提升各变速器总成整体开发能力
5.跟踪变速器总成技术发展动向，推动本领域的先进技术开发；
6.把握中国市场要件、客户需求，提供现地技术支持；
7.辅助更新及完善变速器技术规范、标准。
1、车辆工程、机自等相关专业；
2、熟悉汽车构造、变速器工作原理，2年以上相关新能源变速器试验及设计优先考虑；
3、熟练掌握UG/AutoCAD等软件,精通office办公软件；
