职位描述
1. 负责AI平台后端服务的设计与开发，支撑算法模型的训练、推理及数据处理流程。
2. 参与高并发、低延迟系统的架构优化，保障AI服务的稳定运行与性能提升。
3. 与算法团队协作，将AI模型转化为可复用的工程化接口，推动技术方案落地。
4. 参与代码评审与技术文档编写，维护系统的可扩展性与可维护性。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备扎实的Java编程基础。
2. 熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流Java开发框架，掌握微服务架构设计思想。
3. 了解数据库优化、缓存技术（如Redis）及消息队列（如Kafka）的应用场景。
4. 具备良好的问题分析能力与代码调试能力，能独立解决复杂技术问题。
5. 有AI平台、大数据处理或高并发系统开发经验者优先。
