职位描述
1. 主导整车项目的全生命周期管理，从需求定义、方案设计到量产交付，确保项目按时、按质、按预算达成目标。
2. 协调研发、采购、制造、质量等跨部门资源，推动关键节点任务落地，解决项目执行中的冲突与瓶颈。
3. 建立项目风险预警机制，识别潜在问题并制定应对策略，保障项目进度与质量的稳定性。
4. 输出项目管理文档（如WBS、甘特图、风险清单），定期向管理层汇报项目进展与关键决策。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程或项目管理相关专业。
2. 具备2年以上整车开发项目管理经验，熟悉汽车研发流程（V模型）及TS16949质量管理体系。
3. 掌握项目管理工具（如MS Project、Jira），具备PMP或IPMP认证者优先。
4. 拥有良好的跨部门沟通能力与问题解决能力，能独立推动复杂项目的高效执行。
