1.工程专业
2、熟悉内饰仪表板、手套箱、风口、储物盒、除霜除雾、PVC表皮、电镀喷漆件，风管等产品开发流程，产品结构，产品材料、工艺及模具要求,5年及以上从业经验，有3个及以上完整项目开发经历
3、熟练适用CATIA及各种绘图及办公软件
4、能独立承担全新项目开发任务,能够开展零件设计、开发，并参与技术问题处置
5、负责零部件设计方案制定和整改方案制定，以及各类技术文件的编制工作，并对准确性负责
6、了解系统\部件行业现有水平和发展方向，引进新材料、新工艺、新结构并应用、推广
- 该任务所需的主要特征：
完成仪表板系统造型分析、配置分析、工艺分析、样件跟踪、工程设计开发、工程签署、实物质量整改等；
