Electric Designer 电气设计员

1、根据现行规章制度进行电气系统设计。
Perform electrical system design according to current rules and regulations.
2、在图纸修订系统中存储和维护电气系统图纸及组件数据表。
Store and maintain electric system drawings and component data sheets in the drawing revision system .
3、为每个订单向负责的采购人员提供电气和电子系统的材料清单。
For each order provide a material list over the electric and electronic system to the responsible purchaser.
4、开发和维护电气系统模块。
Develop and maintain the electric system modules.
5、基于技术规格书和设计准备，与电子、电气、液压和投标设计师合作，为每台起重机设置控制系统参数，并向供应商/合作伙伴分发软件包。
Based on TOS and design preparations, in co-operation with electronic, electrical, hydraulic and tendering designers, set the control system parameters for each individual crane and distribute software packages to suppliers/partners.
6、处理电气系统的工厂验收测试（FAT）、现场验收测试（SAT）和测试协议。
Handle FAT, SAT and test protocols for the electric systems.
7、对电气系统向服务、生产和调试人员以及客户进行培训。
Educate service, production and commissioning personnel, as well as customers, on the electric system.
8、参与研发项目。
Participate in R&D projects.
9、参与或领导电气和电子部门的项目。
Participate or lead projects in the electric and electronic department.
10、处理来自售后、生产、调试和客户的电气系统相关问题。
Handle electric system related questions from after sales, production, commissioning and customers.
11、在需要时参与现场调试或故障排除。
Participate in commissioning or troubleshooting in the field when required.
12、与质量部门协调，对分包商和供应商进行质量检查。
Co-ordinate with Quality department for quality inspections of sub contractors and suppliers.
13、与采购人员合作，找到满足规定要求的具有成本效益的解决方案。
In co-operation with the purchasers finding cost effective solutions that fulfils stipulated requirements.
