教学职责
在课堂中设立高标准，对所有学生有高期望。
设计并实施差异化教学，确保每位学生得到适当发展。
跟踪和评估学生学习进度，为学生及家长提供建设性反馈。

学科发展
参与课程建设和教学改进，分享教学最佳实践。
参与教师发展项目，提供并接受建设性反馈。
支持 Super Curriculum、课外活动及学术拓展旅行。
为学生提供选课、升学及学术规划建议。
学生关怀与保护
担任学生导师，关注学生身心发展。
严格执行学生保护政策，维护安全学习环境。
如适用，参与寄宿生管理与监督。
积极落实学校关于儿童保护及健康安全的政策和程序。
任职要求
相关学科教师资格证
至少两年教学经验，有国际/双语学校工作经验者优先。
熟悉学生保护政策，关注学生福祉。
能有效使用信息技术辅助教学，积极参与课外活动。
个人素质：尊重他人，热爱教学及全人教育，能够激励学生，积极主动、合作、有同理心且高度上进。


Teaching & Learning
Set high standards in the classroom, with high expectations for all students.
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to ensure each student progresses appropriately.
Monitor and assess student progress; provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Strive for excellent examination results.
Keep up-to-date with subject developments and foster a spirit of academic enquiry.

Subject Development
Contribute to curriculum development and pedagogical best practice.
Participate in teaching development programmes and provide/receive constructive feedback.
Support Super Curriculum, co-curricular activities, and enrichment trips.
Advise students on subject options, university applications, and academic pathways.

Pastoral Care & Safeguarding
Act as a Tutor for a group of students, supporting wellbeing and development.
Implement safeguarding policies and procedures; maintain a safe learning environment.
Contribute positively to boarding supervision if applicable.

Safeguarding
• Take seriously the responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of students, and to work together with others to ensure adequate arrangements within the Boarding House help to identify, assess, and support students who are suffering harm
• Ensuring that the School’s safeguarding policies on child protection and health and safety are implemented effectively

Requirements

Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., UK PGCE or equivalent, giving QTS).
Minimum two years’ teaching experience; experience in international or bilingual schools is desirable.
Knowledge of safeguarding policies and commitment to student welfare.
Ability to use ICT effectively to support teaching; actively involved in extracurricular activities.
Personal qualities: respectful, passionate about teaching and holistic education, able to inspire students, proactive, collaborative, empathetic, and highly motivated.
