-Participate in quality improvement, project management, new product introduction
-保证产品文件，工艺，生产报告和库存准确
-Keep accuracy of product documents, process, production report and stock;
-发放生产文件，和采购需求
-Release production documents and purchasing requirements
-有效地组织与实施生产计划的要求，确保质量、产量、交货期和经济性
-Organize/implement production plan, ensure quality/yield/ delivery/ economy;
-协助设备维护部门对所使用的设备进行管理处理和整理生产资料、焊接程序、生产任务，对不一致性做出说明-Assist equipment management of Maintenance Department. Dealing/ Sorting production documents, welding program, production task and explain inconsistencies
-出现紧急情况，对生产过程和材料设备等进行重新调度
-Re-organize production process, material, equipment when met emergency case;
-挖掘、实施、建议持续改善的可能性
-Dig/suggest continuous improvement possibility；
-对生产质量实时监管，对检验工作实施领导，组织自检自查。对缺陷进行分析，制定、实施、建议预防的质保措施
-Monitor product quality, lead inspect on line. Define defect, analysis cause, evaluate solution, organize action and check result;
-负责下属员工的管理，培训与考核
-Responsible for manpower management, training and evaluation;
-班组考勤、安全管理，达成生产计划目标
-In charge of attendance, safety management and achieving production plan
-负责对当班操作者首件检验、气密性检验进行确认
-Complete confirmation of First Piece Inspection and Leakage Testing
