职位描述
- 负责充电桩、家庭能源管理系统相关 App 的功能测试、集成测试、回归测试和用户体验测试。
- 参与 App 与充电桩等家庭能源管理设备的联调测试。
- 根据产品需求、交互设计和技术方案,编写测试计划、测试用例和测试报告。
- 验证 App 端核心功能,包括设备绑定、远程控制、充电预约、充电状态监控、能耗统计、告警通知、固件升级、家庭能源策略配置等。
- 负责 App 与云平台、嵌入式设备、通信协议之间的数据一致性和异常场景测试。
- 跟踪、定位并推动缺陷修复,能够协同 App 开发、嵌入式开发、后端、硬件和产品团队完成问题闭环。
- 参与自动化测试、接口测试、性能测试和稳定性测试能力建设。
- 关注海外市场 App 测试要求,包括多语言、多时区、网络环境、设备兼容性及合规相关测试。
- 熟悉 Android / iOS App 测试流程,能够独立完成测试计划、测试用例设计、缺陷跟踪和测试报告输出。
- 熟悉充电桩业务流程,了解交流桩、故障告警、OCPP 等相关概念,有V2G相关经验者优先。
- 熟悉家庭能源管理相关业务,了解光伏、储能、逆变器、智能电表、负载控制、峰谷电价、能量调度策略等优先。
- 具备嵌入式软件测试或软硬件联调经验,能够理解设备日志、通信数据和基本问题定位逻辑。
- 熟悉接口测试工具和抓包工具,如 Postman、Charles、Fiddler、Wireshark、ADB、Xcode、JMeter 等。
- 具备良好的问题分析能力,能够从 App、云端、设备端、网络环境等多个维度定位问题。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和责任心,能够推动跨团队问题闭环。
- 本科及以上学历,3 年以上软件测试经验,有 App 测试、IoT 设备测试、嵌入式设备联调测试经验优先。
