职位描述
制定和执行船舶年度/月度维修保养计划。
安排和监控船舶的坞修、特检、中间检验等各类厂修和航修工程。
审核修理单，控制修费成本，监督修理质量。
2. 备件与物料管理：
审核船舶提交的备件、物料申请，进行技术评估和采购支持。
管理库存，控制成本，确保关键备件的可用性。
与供应商和技术服务商进行技术沟通和协调。
3. 安全管理与合规：
确保船舶机械设备符合国际公约（如SOLAS, MARPOL）、船旗国法规和公司安全管理体系（SMS）的要求。
处理船舶机械设备相关的缺陷和不符合项，指导船舶进行整改。
组织或参与船舶内审、外审和各类检查（如石油公司检查）。
4. 技术支持与应急响应：
为船舶提供24/7的远程技术指导，处理航行中发生的紧急机电故障。
分析故障根本原因，制定预防措施。
5. 文档与报告：
维护船舶技术档案，包括修理记录、设备证书、图纸手册等。
编写技术报告、预算报告和管理报告。
技能：出色的领导力、财务预算能力、流利的英语沟通和谈判技巧。精通多种船型（如油轮、商船、集装箱船等）的技术管理特点。
任职资格：
学历：轮机工程或相关专业大专及以上学历。
资历： 8年以上海上资历，至少担任轮机长3年以上；或有2-3年助理机务经验。
证书：持有甲类轮机长证书。
英文：优秀的交流、读写能力。
