职位描述
1. 负责新能源汽车驱动电机的结构设计、2D/3D图纸绘制、设计数据发布与版本管控，维护BOM清单。
2. 跟进电机样件试制、DV/PV测试，分析测试问题，制定整改方案并闭环验证。
3. 对接电机供应商，完成技术交底、样件认可、PPAP审核，解决供应商技术及生产问题。
4. 协同跨部门完成电机集成匹配、设计变更处理，支持量产导入及现场技术问题解决。
5. 执行汽车行业质量体系流程，编制相关技术文档，保障项目节点按时完成。
任职要求
1. 3年新能源汽车驱动电机设计、DRE或开发相关经验，参与过量产电机项目。
2. 熟练使用CATIA/SolidWorks等3D设计软件，能独立完成电机设计与图纸输出。
3. 熟悉永磁同步电机原理、测试验证流程，掌握APQP、DFMEA等质量工具。
4. 具备良好的沟通协调、问题解决能力，有供应商对接经验优先。
5. 了解汽车行业相关标准，英语可读写基础技术资料。
