任职资格
a) 协议栈专业知识：
精通主流的汽车车载网络协议，包括 CAN / CAN FD、LIN 和汽车以太网（100BASE-T1/1000BASE-T1）。必须对它们的物理层、数据链路层和上层传输机制（例如，ISO-TP（ISO 15765-2）、TCP/IP、UDP、SOME/IP、DoIP 等）有深入的理解，并能够分析关键指标，如通信时间、带宽利用率和错误帧。
b) 网络仿真与配置：
能够熟练使用 Vector CANoe/CANalyzer 软件，并结合 VN 系列硬件接口（如 VN5640、VN1640A）构建多节点网络仿真环境。能够配置 CANoe 网络节点、IG（交互式生成器）、回放块以及其他模块，以模拟真实的 ECU 通信行为。
c) 自动化网络测试开发：
熟练运用 CAPL 脚本编写自动化测试序列，用于网络压力测试、总线负载测试、错误注入测试（例如比特错误、填充位错误、格式错误等）以及唤醒/睡眠模式验证，并能够生成结构化的测试结果。
d) 网络诊断与 DoIP 集成测试：
熟悉基于以太网的诊断通信（DoIP，ISO 13400），能够执行 DoIP 节点发现、路由激活以及诊断消息传输的测试，并验证其与传统 CAN UDS 诊断的互操作性。
e) 故障排查与日志分析：
能够整合来自多个来源的数据——例如 CANoe 跟踪日志、Wireshark 采集数据（适用于以太网）以及内部 ECU 日志——以便迅速找出网络通信异常的根本原因（例如，地址冲突、波特率不匹配、ARP 暴涌、VLAN 配置错误等）。
f) 自动化标准架构网络配置熟悉度（优先考虑）：
需了解 AUTOSAR 通信模块（例如 Com、PduR、CanIf、EthIf、SoAd），并具备从 ARXML 文件中解读通信矩阵以制定和设计相关测试用例的能力。
