1. 除了高可靠性产品测试经验外，写文档（写测试程序、test case、报告等）水平要较高（比如有过大公司经验）
2. 有亲自动手用C和phython写驻留测试程序的能力（因为一部分工作需要基于NXP S32G MCU开发一些驻留的测试程序）
3. 行业背景：高可靠性产品，航空、通信、服务器、汽车等；
岗位2需求：
1. 希望候选人有5年以上的硬件工作经验，开发过高速接口是加分项
2. 有硬件测试板卡方案的开发全流程的经历（如开发原理图，绘制PCB layout,推进生产等）
3. 有环境和EMC试验经历（如理解DO-160G标准、编写测试大纲、实施测试、整改问题等）
4. 有较好的英语水平（如能够不借助工具无障碍阅读英文标准、datasheet等）
