职位描述
无菌自动化产线，运维/新建/改造/开发/优化方向均可投递
岗位职责：
保障无菌产线（灌装/冻干/隔离器等）自控系统合规、稳定、高效，全生命周期管理+GMP合规+持续改进。
开发/改造：
• 新建/改造：参与无菌产线URS编写、设备选型、方案设计、FAT/SAT、安装调试、IQ/OQ/PQ。
• 自控开发：独立完成PLC编程、HMI组态、控制逻辑优化、通讯对接、参数整定，匹配无菌工艺（配液/过滤/灌装/冻干/灭菌）。
• 合规验证：主导CSV计算机化系统验证、工艺验证、清洁验证、培养基模拟灌装，起草方案/报告/风险评估。
• 审计支持：配合GMP/FDA/EU审计，提供技术文档、偏差调查、CAPA报告。
运维：
无菌产线运维：负责PLC/DCS/SCADA（西门子/AB/DeltaV）、无菌灌装机、冻干机、隔离器、VHP、层流、机器人、视觉检测等系统的日常点检、预防性维护、校准。
• 快速排故：处理停机、通讯中断、程序异常、数据丢失、灌装量波动、无菌报警等，缩短MTTR、保障无菌连续生产。
• 备件管理：制定关键备件计划，控制库存，确保无菌备件合规可追溯。
• 数据完整性：保障系统日志、审计追踪、权限管理、数据备份符合GMP/FDA/CSV要求。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历、工科专业
2、英语读写能力，口语可交流优先
3、具备无菌产线运营经验（化工、医美、医药、制剂均可）
