职位描述
负责整车Audit评审全流程工作，严格按照相关标准，开展严苛的静态、动态检查，覆盖整车各零部件质量评价。
执行多样化整车检测项目，包括但不限于紧急刹车制动性能、底盘状态、淋雨密封性测试、整车外观尺寸缝隙检查、多媒体功能检测等，全面排查质量隐患。
负责整车下线buy off检查工作，后续牵头白检团队管理，制定抽检计划并落地执行，持续优化评审流程与效率。
管理Audit评审团队，提升团队整体评审专业能力。
及时处理评审过程中发现的质量问题，协调上下游部门推进整改，建立问题台账并跟踪闭环，持续提升整车产品质量。
承担沟通汇报职责，做好上下协同管理，定期向汇报评审工作情况、质量数据及整改进展。
岗位要求：
学历背景：本科及以上学历，汽车工程、质量工程等相关专业优先。（履历匹配学历可大专）
工作经验：至少具备1家主机厂Audit主管及以上相关工作经验，有Audit工作经验者优先。
专业能力：熟悉整车Audit评审标准、质量体系规范，精通整车静态/动态评审流程，了解整车各零部件质量要求，能严格执行严苛的评审标准开展工作。
管理能力：具备优秀的团队管理能力，具备较强的问题解决能力，能高效协调资源解决评审中的质量及管理问题。
其他要求：具备良好的上下协同、跨部门沟通能力，责任心强、原则性强，能适应严苛的评审标准，抗压性强，具备欧洲汇报对接能力。
