岗位职责：
1. 负责热管理项目开发计划的策划与推进，协调资源确保按计划实施；
2. 分解整车热管理开发目标，负责过程控制与资源协调；
3. 组织跨系统技术评审，推动技术方案的优化与升级；
4. 负责图纸、DVP、DFMEA、VTS及试验方案等技术文件的编制与交付管控。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，车辆工程、机械、热能动力等相关专业；
2. 具备3-5年汽车热管理研发或项目管理经验（大专、本科需5年/硕士需3年以上）；
3. 熟悉整车热管理开发流程，具备较强的问题分析与解决能力；
4. 沟通表达能力强，具备优秀的团队协作精神与项目管理素养，工作抗压能力强。
