生产工程师

主要职责：
A. Responsible for production process design, evaluation, implementation and optimization.负责生产过程设计、评估、实施及优化
B. Responsible for the development and management of technical documents required for the production process, such as procedures, work instructions, etc.负责生产过程所需技术文件（程序、作业指导书等）的制定和管理
C. Responsible for product process validation, tooling production负责产品工艺验证、工装及模具制作
D. Responsible for product engineering changes, quality improvement, efficiency optimization, etc.负责已有产品工程变更、质量提升、效率优化等
E. Responsible for proposing, maintaining and verifying the technical requirements of tooling and equipment.负责工装、设备技术方案要求的提出、维护并验证
F. Responsible for improving and resolving problems happened in the production process.负责生产过程中发生的问题的改善与解决;
G. Responsible for technical training such as production process training, tooling equipment skills training and so on.负责生产工艺、工装设备使用等技能培训
H. To improve the production process, continuously improve the production efficiency.持续改进制造工艺，不断提高生产效率，全流程产能提升管理
Participate the Lean project or team, support for the lean project;参与精益改善项目及小组，协助精益活动的开展与执行
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering,本科以上学历，工科类专业
2. 5-year at least work experiences related on IE, automotive industry as preferred至少3年以上工艺相关工作经验,汽车行业优先
3. Written and reading skill on English preferred. 具备英语读写能力优先。
