校园发展处高级经理（装饰装修高级工程师）

一、岗位职责
1、负责校园二期建设项目装饰装修专业的设计跟进，结合校内需求和相关规范及时发现问题并协调解决；
2、对现场装饰专业施工质量进行监管，包括跟进装修材料选型和确认等配合相关专业的工作，做好现场巡查、记录及持续跟进，确保工程质量及使用功能符合校方要求；
3、与学校相关部门保持紧密联系以了解各种需求及目标，及时制定二次装修计划并实施(如各类实验室装修及局部改造等项目)，根据装修或改造要求统筹各相关专业工作；
4、负责统筹和审核一期各修缮项目装饰装修设计方案、优化并推进实施；
5、与政府相关部门、代建单位、设计单位、承建公司等单位紧密联系和沟通，确保工程如期且高质量完成；
6、完成领导交办的其他工作。
1. Be responsible for the overall interior decoration work of Phase II of CityU (DG) campus development project, promptly identifying issues related to interior decoration during construction and figuring out proper solutions to meet both prevailing standards and actual requirements of our university;
2. Supervise the construction quality related to interior decoration, including the selection and confirmation of materials and samples, conduct site inspections, keep records and follow-up to ensure the quality and functionality meet the university's requirements;
3. Maintain close contact and communication with relevant stakeholders such as the government, project management agent, design company, and main contractor to ensure Phase II project is completed on time and with high quality;
4. Maintain close contact with relevant university departments to collect and understand their needs and goals, promptly formulate secondary renovation plans (such as laboratory renovations and partial modifications) and coordinate related specialties to complete the work as expected;
5. Be responsible for design planning and implementation of Phase I interior decoration projects;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
二、任职要求
1、装饰、建筑或相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、拥有建设工程副高级工程师及以上职称；
3、熟悉装饰设计、施工质量和成本管理，精通施工规范、装饰工艺及装饰材料选型；
4、十年以上大型装饰项目的管理经验，独立承担过中大型装饰专业的设计和施工管理工作，担任过大型公装项目的负责人；
5、熟悉施工图纸及熟练使用 CAD 等绘图软件；
6、拥有高校、政府或事业单位工程项目管理经验者优先；
7、持有一级建造师、一级造价工程师等职业资格证书者优先；
8、具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力。
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Interior Decoration, Architecture or related majors.
2. Hold the professional title of Deputy Senior Engineer or above in Construction Engineering.
3. Familiar with decoration design, construction quality and cost management, and proficient in construction specifications, decoration techniques and selection of decoration materials.
4. Have more than 10 years of management experience in large-scale decoration projects, independently undertaken the design and construction management of medium and large-scale decoration projects, and served as the person in charge of large-scale public decoration projects.
5. Familiar with construction drawings and proficient in using CAD and other drawing software.
6. Candidates with engineering project management experience in universities, government or public institutions are preferred.
7. Candidates with professional qualification certificates such as Class 1 Constructor and Class 1 Cost Engineer are preferred.
8. Possess good team cooperation spirit, communication and coordination abilities.
