日常工作职责Daily job responsibilities:
1. 确保工作和个人行为符合海庭集团核心价值。
Ensure that work and personal behavior conform to the core values of Seatrium Group
2. 协助仓库主管、组长管理仓库。
Assist warehouse supervisor and team leader in warehouse management
3. 确保并检查所有收到的货物与订单一致。如有任何问题，向组长汇报。
Ensure and check that all goods received are in accordance with the order. Report any problems to the team leader
4. 收到的货物应存放在正确的指定区域。
The goods received shall be stored in the correct designated area
5. 及时在SAP系统中进行更新材料信息。
Update material information in SAP system in time
6. 每月进行盘点，如有问题，向组长汇报。
Take inventory every month, and report to the team leader if there is any problem.
7. 根据材料出库申请单及时将材料交付给需求部门。如有问题，向组长汇报。
Timely delivery of materials to the required department according to the material delivery application form. Report any problems to the team leader.
8. 部门DC应在收到供应商送货信息后应及时整理、统计到货信息，预约材料报检。各仓库完成材料检验后，及时上传相关证书及ISI信息，正确保存各文件资料。
Department DC shall, upon receipt of the supplier's delivery information, organize and count the arrival information in a timely manner, and make an appointment for materials inspection. After the completion of material inspection in each warehouse, upload the relevant certificates and ISI information in time, and save the documents correctly.
9. 确保仓库的卫生情况。
Ensure the hygiene of the warehouse.
10. 及时发现并提出仓库现有程序及工作中可以提升效率的建议并进行改善。Timely find and put forward suggestions that can improve the efficiency of existing procedures and work in the warehouse and make improvements.
11. 按照部门各项SOP进行合理合规的完成工作。
Carry out reasonable and compliant completion work according to various SOP of the department.
12. 严格遵守公司的规章制度。
Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations.
13. 时刻保持良好的个人行为和纪律。
Maintain good personal behavior and discipline at all times.
14. 完成部门经理及主管分配的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by department manager and supervisor.
安全管理职责Safety management responsibility:
14. 在使用之前,对设备进行日常检查。如有任何问题，及时向组长汇报。
Check the equipment daily before use. If there is any problem, report to the team leader in time.
15. 与仓库组长一起进行每周安全巡查，如有问题，进行解决。
Conduct weekly safety inspection together with the warehouse leader, and solve any problems.
16. 遵守SEATRIUM所有安全规章制度。
Comply with all SEATRIUM safety regulations
17. 对安全程序提出改进意见。
Suggest improvements to safety procedures.
环境管理职责Environmental management responsibilities:
1. 遵守并严格执行企业与部门QHSE体系目标。
Comply with and strictly implement the QHSE system objectives of the company and the department.
2. 严格执行企业7S管理，确保仓库环境整齐整洁。
Strictly implement the enterprise 7S management to ensure the warehouse environment is neat and tidy.
3. 对部门内产生的各种垃圾严格区分并丢弃到正确的回收箱。
Strictly distinguish and discard all kinds of garbage generated within the department to the correct recycling bin.
4. 危险化学品严格按照企业及地方政府标准储存。
Hazardous chemicals are stored in strict accordance with the standards of enterprises and local governments.
5. 固废、危废确保回收率100%，并存放到指定地点。
Ensure the recovery rate of solid waste and hazardous waste is 100%, and put them in designated places.
6. 逐步降低办公区域水、电等资源的消耗
Gradually reduce the consumption of water, electricity and other resources in office areas
有行车操作经验、有叉车驾驶经验（持证）、有钢材仓库管理经验优先
