日常工作职责: Daily work responsibilities 1. 配备齐全的劳护用品,进行每日早晨安全例会,在工作之前召开工作风险评估会议。Provide complete labor protection equipment, conduct daily morning safety meeting, and hold work risk assessment meeting before work. 2. 根据每个项目的生产进度要求,制定各小组的工作计划。According to the production schedule requirements of each project, formulate the work plan of each group. 3. 协助助理主管设立和督促KPI。Assist assistant section head to set up and supervise KPI. 4. 参加每天的项目协调会议及每周的项目会议。Participate in daily project coordination meeting and weekly project meeting. 5. 检查生产质量和生产进度,发现、解决现场遇到的问题。Check the production quality and progress, find and solve the problems encountered on site. 6. 监督各组自检情况,检查设备安装后的保护情况。Supervise the self-inspection of each group and check the protection of the equipment after installation. 7. 调试过程中的设备保护,负责损坏件的请购。Protect the equipment during commissioning and purchase the damaged parts. 8. 安排试航工作,跟踪试航的工作情况,及时处理试航中发生的问题。Arrange the trial work, track the trial work, and deal with the problems in the trial in time. 9. 跟踪所有系统的调试情况,解决疑难问题,及时向部门主管反馈工作情况及遇到的问题。Track the commissioning of all systems, solve difficult problems, and report the work and problems to the department head in time. 10. 监控供应商调试工时并记录。To be monitor vendor commissioning *** hour’s with records. 11. 协调其他部门工作,及时解决问题。Coordinate with other departments to solve problems in time. 12. 监督、配合承包商工作(进度、质量)。Supervise and cooperate with the contractor (Progress and quality). 13. 对下属工作进行安全评估。Conduct safety assessment for subordinates. 14. 材料的统计与控制。Statistics and control of materials. 15. 每周递交项目进展报告,工时汇总。Submit project progress report and work hour summary every week. 16. 每月统计分析项目KPI。Monthly statistics and analysis of project KPI. 17. 完成上级安排的其他工作。Complete other work arranged by the superior. 安全管理职责:Safety management responsibilities 1. 配备齐全的劳护用品,进行每日早晨安全例会,在工作之前召开工作风险评估会议。Provide complete labor protection equipment, conduct daily morning safety meeting, and hold work risk assessment meeting before work. 2. 为所有下属提供适当的训练,在上岗前解释岗位危险和安全规程。Provide proper training for all subordinates, and explain post hazards and safety regulations before taking the post. 3. 监督维护项目员工的安全工作条件和作业。Supervise and maintain the safe working conditions and operations of project employees. 4. 调查所属部门的所属项目事故和侥幸避免事件。Investigate the project accident of the department and avoid the accident by chance. 5. 对工作进行风险评估,识别/管控高危作业.
