精益生产QC七大手法全面质量管理TQM精通数据分析TPM食品/饮料
岗位职责：
1. 负责生产相关数据的收集、整理、分析，建立数据统计模型和报告，识别浪费与改进机会；
2. 负责公司精益生产体系的推行与优化，聚焦生产现场，推行5S、TPM等，运用各类管理工具等优化流程；
3. 深入现场，推动效率，协助生产成本控制，降低损耗、提高利用率；
4. 跨部门协同沟通，优化标准化作业程序, 确保体系执行效率、设备效率提升等；
5. 持续改善文化推广，定期组织培训，培养人员精益思维；
6. 负责跨部门持续改善项目落地执行，推动合理化建议激励机制有效运行；
7. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。

5. Continuously improving cultural promotion: regularly organize training to cultivate lean thinking among employee.
6. Responsible for cross departmental continuous improvement of project implementation, promoting the effective operation of rational suggestion incentive mechanisms.

任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，工业工程/食品类/电气机械类/管理类相关专业；
2. 3年及以上制造行业精益生产实战经验；
3. 熟练运用数据分析工具，具备生产数据及报告处理能力
4. 清晰的逻辑思维，能够快速识别问题，分析问题，解决问题
5. 优秀的项目管理能力，出色的跨部门沟通能力、项目推动力和抗压能力
6. 良好的英文听说读写能力
1. 本科及以上学历，工业工程/食品类/电气机械类/管理类相关专业；
2. 3年及以上制造行业精益生产实战经验；
3. 熟练运用数据分析工具，具备生产数据及报告处理能力
4. 清晰的逻辑思维，能够快速识别问题，分析问题，解决问题

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering/Food Science/Electrical Machinery/Management related fields.
2. More than 3 years of practical experience in lean production in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in using data analysis tools, with the ability to process production data and reports.
4. Clear logical thinking, able to quickly identify, analyze, and solve problems.
5. Excellent project management skills, outstanding cross departmental communication skills, project driving force, and resilience
6. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
