商务合作供应链供应商管理关系维护商务支持
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Commercial team, including pipeline tracking, meeting coordination, and documentation management
2. Assist in compiling, formatting, and proofreading RFQ responses, tender documents, and client proposals; ensure documents are neatly formatted and submitted on time.
3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams; manage routine client inquiries, schedule site visits, and coordinate meeting arrangements
4. Assist in updating company social media posts and website content as directed by management
5 .Accompany BD team to government offices or industry association meetings; help prepare basic application materials
6. Organize business events, client visits; handle event arrangements, invitations, and on-site coordination
7. Assist in preparing internal notices and circulating meeting summaries among Commercial, Operations, and Warehouse teams
8. Collect and organize basic market information as requested by BD team
REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience in supporting Commercial teams or coordinating internal meetings and schedules
2. Good communication skills with ability to draft emails, meeting minutes, and simple business correspondence in both English and Chinese
3. Language: fluent in Mandarin, good in English or Cantonese
4. Familiar with Greater Bay Area business environment
5. Experience in client entertainment, business lunch coordination, or government office visits
6. Basic understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, or e-Commerce fulfillment
