保税物流海关事务关务管理账册管理供应链合规进出口第三方服务商管理加工贸易
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
- Oversee bonded logistics customs operations within the bonded zone, focusing on bonded inventory (账册) management, compliance control, and supervision of outsourced customs declaration activities
- Manage bonded inventory accounts with full accountability for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Monitor inbound and outbound bonded transactions and perform regular reconciliation
- Supervise outsourced customs brokers on declaration input and submission
- Review and validate declaration data (HS codes, trade mode, valuation, etc.) prior to filing
- Ensure compliance with bonded zone policies, customs regulations, and processing trade requirements
- Handle customs audits, inspections, and authority inquiries
- Develop and maintain SOPs for customs and bonded operations
- Identify discrepancies, risks, and compliance gaps, and drive corrective actions
- Provide customs and bonded logistics solutions to support BD on new business opportunities
- Serve as key contact for internal teams regarding customs-related matters
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Import/Export or related discipline; 5–8 years of experience in customs, bonded logistics, or processing trade; hands-on bonded zone operations experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of bonded logistics operations and customs regulations; solid understanding of bonded inventory/ledger management (账册管理)
- Proven ability to manage and supervise third-party customs brokers
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and risk control capabilities; able to provide practical, business-oriented customs solutions
- Good command of English and Mandarin, with good English reading and writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office software
- High level of working discipline; hard working; proactive; good teamwork; strong communication and stakeholder management skills
