IT服务
End-User Support & Site Operations
• Provide daily IT support to end users, including PC, laptop, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Support data management, teleconference systems, meeting room equipment, and related workplace technologies.
• Handle standard and non-standard IT service requests to ensure smooth site operations.
Network & Infrastructure Support
• Assist in maintaining site network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, firewalls, and printers.
• Support basic configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of network devices and connectivity issues.
• Work closely with regional IT teams on network, security, and infrastructure-related topics.
Project & Change Support
• Participate in IT project implementation and global change deployments at responsible sites.
• Support User Requirement Specification (URS), testing, acceptance, deployment, and end-user training.
• Coordinate business participation and change management activities during IT rollouts.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
• Identify end-user training needs and provide basic IT training when required.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the IT team and with end users.
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and site documentation.
• Follow IT policies, procedures, and formal change control processes.
Other Responsibilities
• Provide onsite support across different locations when required.
• Perform after-hours or weekend support when necessary.
• Other tasks assigned by IT Director.
