测试主管

Main Responsibilities:
 Fully responsible for the management of testing equipment of the Production
Department of, including finished product testing of sensors, connectivities, and
fieldbus products, as well as mechanical, electrical, visualization testing, and
PCBA testing and offline programming. Establish and lead a team of test
engineers to carry out systematic and structured test system development support,
operation and maintenance, and project management, and support the testing and
verification of new products, implementation of new investments, and automation
projects, ensuring the stability of the test system, excellent operations, and
continuous lean improvements.
 System Construction: Establish, improve, and maintain the company-wide testing
management system, including testing document control, standardized work,
testing parameter library, and change control processes, to ensure testing process
reproducibility and stability.
 Data-Driven Decision Making: Promote the structured collection and analysis of
testing data, establish monitoring and early warning mechanisms for key testing
parameters, and achieve data-based testing optimization and problem prevention.
 Knowledge Management: Establish a testing knowledge base, including
technologies related to finished product testing, such as mechanical, 3.electrical,
and visual testing technologies, and be responsible for technical training of the
testing team and the construction of a skills matrix to ensure the inheritance and
development of core testing technologies.
 Testing Feasibility Analysis: In the new product design stage, evaluate the testing
of product designs from a testing perspective and propose testing solutions and
cost optimization suggestions, make plan and implementation for MSA
(measurement system analysis).
 Lead NPI Process: Fully responsible for the testing process development support,
test tooling and fixture design, trial production introduction, and mass production
handover for new products, ensuring projects are delivered successfully
according to time, quality, and cost targets.
 Complete other tasks assigned by leadership, lead the team in continuous value
adding.
 Proactively participate in the company's lean system construction and promotion,
and meet annual lean productivity target.
 Focus on Zero-defect quality strategy, ensure the company goal achieved.
 Test system completeness, core technology mastery rate, personnel ability matrix,
project completion rate, company goals, such as lean productivity 7%, etc.
The Incumbent:
 Bachelor's degree or above, in Electrical / Electromechanical /Automation
Engineering or related majors.
 More than 8 years of related experience in OEM or Tier2 level in automobile or
electronics field, including at least 5 years in a team leadership role for testing
engineers or an equivalent management position.
 Familiar with electronic product production testing process, with experience in
high-volume industrial product online automated testing.
 Familiar with ICT testing, Flash online programming, and other testing
technology (SPEA flying probe testing).
 Proficient in using testing platforms such as NI Teststand, LabVIEW, and Python
 Skilled in Siemens TIA, CodeSYS, and other platforms.
 Expert in operation of measurement systems, testing equipment and tools, and
defect tracking systems.
 Good in writing, reading and verbal English is mandatory.
 Good in global cross-functional teamwork, can deeply communicate technical
topics with foreign colleagues.
 Excellent communication and coordination skills, project management, and team
leadership abilities.
