Job Description / 岗位职责：


• Co-organizing purchasing process and system - for direct and indirect components and services - based on the company's concept

依据公司管理理念，协同搭建直接物料、间接物料及配套服务的采购流程与管理制度。

• Executing purchase orders with suppliers - based on demand plan or requisition, issuing purchase orders, monitoring components timely delivery, optimal stock control

根据需求计划或采购申请下达采购订单，对接供应商履约，跟进物料按期交付，优化库存管控；

• Organizing and participating in communication with suppliers - ongoing contacts, emails, meetings, negotiations, business trips

牵头并参与供应商对接工作，包含日常联络、邮件往来、商务会议、议价谈判及出差走访；


• Searching for potential suppliers and assessing their potential, co-development of supply base

挖掘潜在供应商、开展资质评估，协同搭建与扩充合格供应商资源池；

• Executing compliance requirements, legal and regulatory, e.g. sustainability

落实合规、法律法规及可持续发展等相关管控要求；

• Efficient cooperation with BURY's Purchasing Management and with BURY's Logistics departments in BURY Poland and Mexico

协同博瑞总部采购管理团队，以及波兰、墨西哥子公司物流部门高效对接协作；

• Planning of components based on demand and the production schedule

结合市场需求与生产排程，制定物料备货计划；

• Stock control and management of suppliers' On-Time Delivery (OTD)

负责库存管控，考核管理供应商准时交付率（OTD）；

• Updating and sending component forecasts to suppliers

定期整理并向供应商下发物料需求预测；

• Creating components and suppliers in the ERP system

在 ERP 系统内完成物料信息、供应商档案的建档录入；


• Daily cooperation with logistics and production departments

日常对接内部物流、生产部门开展协同工作；

• Managing component procurement and order processing for both a manufacturing entity and a trading company in China.

统筹负责集团在华生产工厂与贸易公司两类主体的物料采购及订单全流程；

• searching for new suppliers and assessing their potential, developing supply base to make it more competitive

开发新供应商、开展供方能力评审，优化供应链资源以提升整体议价与竞争优势；

• Cooperating with suppliers – meetings, negotiations, business trips

维系供应商合作关系，组织会晤洽谈、商务出差；

• Overseeing supplier performance, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective actions where necessary

跟踪管控供应商供货表现，排查供应链潜在风险，按需推动整改落地。


Requirements / 任职要求：


• Strong negotiation, planning and organization skills and motivation experience on similar position in the purchasing and supply chain area, preferred in Automotive electronics

具备优秀的谈判、统筹规划与组织能力，拥有采购及供应链相关同岗实操经验，汽车电子行业从业经历优先；

• Excellent command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written)

中英文听说读写流利，精通双语；

• Interpersonal and communication skills, experience to cooperate with other departments in international environment (production, technical, quality, logistics, etc)

出色的人际交往与沟通能力，有跨国工作环境下对接生产、研发、品质、物流等跨部门协作经验；


• Strong focus on results and achieving goals

结果导向，目标执行力强；

• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate supplier capabilities

擅长数据分析研判，可独立评估供应商综合实力；

• Knowledge of electronic components, PCB manufacturing processes, and relevant industry standards will be an asset

熟悉电子元器件、PCB 印制电路板生产工艺及行业相关规范者优先录用；

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

能够适应快节奏、项目制工作模式，可统筹处理多项并行工作；

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics AX or similar) will be an advantage

熟练使用 Office 办公软件，了解 SAP、Dynamics AX 等 ERP 管理系统者优先；

• Experience in automotive industry will be an asset

拥有汽车行业相关从业经验优先。
