职位描述
1、电商平台，不销售的咨询客服，解答用户购物过程中的问题;
2、不用担心会不会，带薪培训15个工作日;
3、绝对不销售，就是个文员，假一赔三千万。
【薪资福利】
底薪+绩效，综合3000~5000(做的好，奖励无限)，有社保、带薪年假、节日福利、团队集会等。
【工作时间】
每天工作8H，没有通宵夜班，每周休2天。

客服一质检/培训师一排班师/组长一主管一经理(半年根据业绩排名及综合管理能力进行考评)
