Main Tasks:
- Consults locations in the region on C&B topics
- Provides market insights of relevant new trends, evaluate trends and develop strategy for implementation
- Supports central C&B network providing country perspective and exchange
- Participates in strategic projects related to specific field of responsibility
- Aligns regional C&B activities with the central C&B team and with local business context (including social, technological, political and economic trends)
- Manages provider selection and monitors vendor delivery quality to meet country requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree above with equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences or similar
- 3~5 years of working experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits, preferably in an international organization
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English
- Consulting skills and high level of service orientation
